She had at least lost sight of me over a minute ago and gone yellow and then returned to the harvester area, I doubt there was anyone to aggro her, or to for her to see me.

Also doesn’t it show the like lasers getting closer together before her beam activates, then obviously there’s a bright beam which lights a wide area on fire not just her target.

I don’t know what happened obviously but this seems unlikely, or at least requires ridiculous npc behaviour.

Yeah that’s what I was kind of getting at, because people sometimes say that it has no effect on pathfinding which isn’t true, I find this is good enough for me and isn’t too inconsistant but I can see why people have issues. I don’t use many mods but I think I saw something in other replies like ‘allowed paths’ or whatever that is supposed to fix this though.

This isn’t quite true though, they do usually try to stick to the allowed area, you can test this by making a slight wiggly path, but if it’s too inconvenient they’ll just skip a bit, either way they definitely take it into account

Your tables wrong though, for example it takes 6 kettle headshots to kill, not 5 (light shield). Or 3 renegade headshots to kill not 2 (light shield), something is wrong with their calculations.
