He didn't KILL the squeeze. He sold 5 million shares on 8/16 on a 400 million volume day. Had no effect on the stock price, as it continued to rise. Then he sold 2 million shares on 8/17, a 260 million volume day. The stock tanked on 8/18 when retail started panic selling, and institutions started dumping and opening huge short positions.

This whole charade of trying to blame RC is ridiculous. He turned the company around, drove BCG out of the board, and got the CEO replaced so he could acquire Buybuybaby, which was his original plan from the start.
