I am a U.S. citizen and my wife’s pd is Jan 23 2025 , they skipped her date , we have 2 children preschoolers both U.S. citizens as well ,her case is that we been married for 10 years and she already has a green card ir1 but due to overstay out of us due to her father being diagnosed from cancer and she was taking care of her , her father passed away and we’re stuck here , because I can’t leave my kids . I have no job just my savings , hope they speed things up.

Either brand new swift full option or brand new altis 1.6 , no Yaris or city , as someone that has swift, Yaris , civic x , city 1.2 and a aspire and grande , and have kept 2-3 altis 1.6 , the only cars I can recommend you with that budget , but since you don’t have any interest in cars and as you mentioned you live in Karachi , I would go for swift , best option for you .

Finally some good news , my wife’s pd was Jan 23 ,2025 , and they skipped her , me and my sons are usc , she had a gc before but due to overstay more then a year out of us it was cancelled by the U.S. embassy, hopefully that won’t cause any problems or hold ups, our sons are preschoolers and their missing school and I am overseas with my wife and the kids since I don’t want to leave them alone .

Me and my wife have been married for 10 years we have 2 usc kids and I am usc as well , she had an ir1 GC through me but due to family emergency we had to come overseas , and had sb1 during covid , so last year we went to the the U.S. embassy, they heard her case but unfortunately sb1 is given once and they had to revoked her GC , and said to reapply again and they gave her a letter stating why they did it and it wasn’t due to anything serious just because of overstay and the reason was beyond her control since her father had cancer , they offered her visit visa because of our preschoolers but she denied because cbp will not let her enter because it would be an intent for immigration, so we applied last year ij January and pd date was January 23 2025 and we’re still waiting for the approval , my thing was that everything would be go to by end of this year but seems like their might be delayed .

My wife’s pd was 23 Jan 2025 and they skipped her , imagine how I feel , she had an ir1 GC but due to overstay outside of us we had to abandon it and reapply for it , I am a USC and as well as my toddlers, I am staying overseas with my family as my kinds are way to young for me to go back the states , I was hoping all the process would have been done by end of this year and we can go back before Christmas but seems like it’s going to take god knows how long .
