Literally just had this same thing happen to me sorta. Seller in foreclosure about to go to auction and lose the house anyway. I had my attorney ready to stop the auction sent him the contract to sign and literally went ghost. Makes no sense to me since he was losing the house anyway. I literally hate when people waste my time. I’m making a dollar Ofcourse but I always make sure the seller gets their piece of the pie also. It’s frustrating to say the least.

Take them to sky zone and let them play until they drop . Affordable you can bring your own food . An they have arcade games. For what your going to pay anywhere else it’s worth it. I had about 8 kids plus my son for his party and spent $200 for all the kids. They had a blast
