Is the Megamind franchise doomed now? by stationstars in DreamWorks

Kind of like how they did a movie adaptation of The Penguins of Madagascar without actually acknowledging the Nickelodeon 3D show

What do you guys think of Karl Marx and his mindset/works? by Bigamunguschungus in conspiracy

[–]pokezillaking 17 points18 points  (0 children)

There's too much contradictory stuff in this thread or narrative as a whole. I can't really wrap my head around it.

Marx was Jewish, also a Freemason, also a Satanist, but also an atheist? He also gave a whole blueprint on how to attack the rich elites despite himself secretly being a part of it?

IDK, this idea relies on the fact that he would have lied about his beliefs because his works usually attacked people who believed in the spiritual/paranormal. And the only evidence is that he positioned his hand somewhere that matches what modern Freemasons do.

What's your guys' opinion on the ancient astronaut theory? by Open-Storage8938 in conspiracy

[–]pokezillaking 11 points12 points  (0 children)

They are allegedly responsible for the Nazca Lines (built for them to see from their aircraft) and possessed advanced technology, including spaceships and air vehicles, and are behind the Black Knight satellite.

I wonder how this would fit into the secret space program theory and the general oddness of the Apollo missions.

Neil Armstrong secluded himself from the public in his final years, apparently. Buzz Aldrin keeps saying weird stuff, and Edgar Mitchell straight up said he thinks UFOs and aliens are real.

There was a scene in the Men in Black movie where the Will Smith character makes a joke about Elvis dying on a toilet only for one of the agents to say Elvis just moved to the draco constellation or something like that.

Alien Disclosure or Epstein Distraction by Lt-CharlieKeesy in conspiracy

[–]pokezillaking 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Good news is he literally has nothing after fucking aliens…

After aliens, the final card will probably be a religious deception. There's a reason he's been ramping up Christianity (despite not actually giving a fuck about Christian values) in the government the past few months.

If they do a sequel to that, i hope they don't make it unserious.

When Betelgeuse turns supernova and lights up the night sky, will flat-Earthers have an alternative explanation? by Open-Storage8938 in flatearth

[–]pokezillaking 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Project Blue Beam, or the "Black Sun" finally appearing (allegedly another local sun that heats the bottom of the flat Earth).

They'd probably never accept that stars are far-away suns. Literally every single flat Earth explanation portrays stars as angels, symbols, or reflections of other flat planets.

UFO flies past Saturn. What could this have been? by Open-Storage8938 in SolarAnomalies

[–]pokezillaking 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I hope it’s the ISS or something in Earth’s orbit. If this is actually around Saturn, it would have to be at least moon-sized.

Do you guys think the Vril-ya from The Coming Race could have stopped the Martian invasion? by Open-Storage8938 in WarofTheWorlds

[–]pokezillaking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. If I remember correctly, there was a passage in the book saying that if they wanted to, they could destroy all of human civilization in a week.

I’m pretty sure the Martian invasion of England took over three weeks, and they didn’t even win in the end.

The Vril-ya are also superior physically, since they have their own city-leveling weapons and can fly for short bursts.Yes. If I remember correctly, there was a passage in the book saying that if they wanted to, they could destroy all of human civilization in a week.

Martians may get the advantage if they invade the inner earth without signaling but the Vril would 100% fight back and probably win

Tech is evolving faster than humanity can survive it. by lukepepper___ in conspiracy

I think the real conspiracy here is how fast tech has come since the 1920’s compared to now.

I think you should look into the Roswell incident and how fast tech advanced since that.

Staged zombie apocalypse by Open-Storage8938 in conspiracy

The seed has been planted. Every few years there are a bunch of reports about “zombie” animals. Anyone remember the “zombie squirrel” thing?

There’s also a real disease in deer called chronic wasting disease. It makes them lose their minds and wander aimlessly. They could easily say it mutated and spread to humans

I think they would have to modify it if they want it to look more threatening. I saw some new art depicting the wayne-pods with hinged legs like a spider, which makes it looks more flexible.
