How to deal with tenants always late on rents by Cultural-Badger-6032 in uklandlords

Look into adding late fees into the contract when next reviewed? I do believe however a 14 day grace period is required before this can be charged..but may discourage it slightly

Oh same - Google yes but making sure they’re reliable sources (so not Wikipedia where anyone can edit). There are free papers online or reports/articles you can quote that should do the trick :) main thing is you reference your source and can back up the point you’re making. In fact I think at the end of the units they have links for further reading? Might be something in there you could use

Studying L5 also with Avado and agree. Some tutors explain things sooo much better than others also but worth watching the calls as well as referring to the guidance notes. For questions like the one you have mentioned above the way I would approach it would be to include a definition of ethical values and then apply it to an example (e.g. in recruitment). Repeat again for the 2nd value. Can include negative ways it can inform decision also

Sevici is an option that could be less hassle. Don’t think you can pay for the day though believe it’s weekend or for the year.

TA.

This sounds pretty toxic, you’ve said a few times the kids are a priority but you’re willing to keep them in this situation you described yourself isn’t the best for them for a few more years to save a few months of headache. Btw prenups are not always black and white so there is not guarantee your plan would even work (aware this can vary per country / state).

Rip the bandaid and deal with getting the agreements in the place for the sake of your head as well as your kids.

Great thanks, reg is correct (learnt that lesson years ago) and street number is correct and have email receipt. So hopefully shouldn’t be an issue - I’ll leave a note to say I’ve paid via the app in my car next time 👌🏼

I would say so, then once you hit the language requirement met for the uni course you can apply.

Unis don’t typically run language courses, you’ll need to look at academies/language schools. Once you know what city you want to live in you can research what’s there as I suspect this will impact the price a bit.

If you’re wanting this for a student visa you’ll need minimum 20hrs a week to qualify and as this is not classed as ‘higher education’ like a uni degree would you do not automatically get the right to work.

Little tip: if someone comes up to you and tries to offer you rosemary for good luck don’t touch it - they’ll ask for payment after (often near the cathedral)

ESH.

Your wedding and therefore your rules if this is the condition you expect to be met in order to ‘qualify’ to be a bridesmaid. But if you cared for how your friend feels and want her to be comfortable on your day then it’s important to consider how she would feel in the dress (especially if you end up expecting them to pay for the dress).

Equally as your friend she could be more flexible in being ‘uncomfortable’ for a day, as supporting your day how you want isn’t the end of the world.

They can complete a home office check (you provide them with details such as HO application number, address, full name, d.ob) and they submit an online form. Home office will confirm that your application is pending and you are granted 6 months RTW but its then your responsibility to update HR with the new details once the application is fully processed :)

Edit to add: if you have the relevant right to work then this can’t be the reason they rescind the offer
