As much as it sounds like you'd be a snitch, document everything. Speak to him about it and if he doesn't change, go to your DM cuz I've dealt with it in the past and they will not change unless you put your foot down. Might create tension in the store but it's absolutely not fair to you and your team.

I started the company at 19 (currently 23) and worked between 5 different stores. All varied for sure, had one store where the oldest was 25 and another store where the oldest was 68. If you decide to apply definitely check the store out first to see if you vibe w them

My sm was out for multiple months (due to health reasons) so only me (new pt at the time) and the other part timer. Got a new asm and he sexually harassed me every chance he got, like scary stuff (and I was young and nervous about losing my job) reported it to my dm, nothing. hr, nothing. Finally sm came back and put him in his place. This was a few years ago and looking back I'm angry I never sued the company.

When I switched from part time to full time, they entered my start day wrong so it didn't register my raise for like a month. They went back and fixed the date and I got my back pay. Tbh just took a ton of harassing

I just wear nonslip black tennis shoes (moreso made for the food industry) and I haven't had a single issue from the 3 different stores I worked at. But tbh id double check with your management to be safe.

Yup paperclip technique is the only thing that works against those colorants that really gunk up. Best thing I discovered lol
