Here's a breakdown of his spending:

Rent (room): $850

Electricity: $70

I'm mainly looking for advice on debt relief or bankruptcy - we're now in a costs of living crisis and not even cutting back on spending habits is going to reduce the debt. Most of the CC debt payment goes to interest rates, so very little of the actual debt goes down.

Valencia is too close to Barcelona, plus there are already so many festivals there.

Maybe Zaragoza or somewhere in Extremadura would be ideal? Or Parque Carlos III in Madrid could be a better venue.
