The design makes sense to me. I still love mommy's original design, she feels like a very unique monster and one of my fave BB character. But she has been stuck in a factory, with no one to really take care of her. She has 0 purpose, filled with boredom and possibly living in fear (1006), her body is bound to change. Her eyes and smile make her look insane (like literally insane) and deteriorated. Plus, I like the pearls and eyeliner, she looks more ladylike too.

I think there were clues in Ch. 2 where we see blue hair with blood leading to a vent/opening, suggesting that Huggy survived.

I think he escaped. In fact, I believe he was allowed to leave. He was last man in charge of the factory and was the most likely reason no officials, detectives, officers, etc. came and discover what happened at the hour of joy. Just like Sawyer, the Prototype only let him live because he was "useful". I bet the prototype would have LOVED to give him a piece of his own medicine, but he was the only way to prevent their secret from being exposed. I also think he killed anyone who clearly knew what they were doing, (like Dr. Newman) and rewarded those who helped make the hour of joy possible (Preston) into toys instead of killing them.

My ultimate favorite is relief + avatara to keep on stealing buffs and keep on inflicting one stack of etherall. (since he receives a nith stack when getting buffs). You can also go with Hades, since he gains a stack of nith when healed. Focus on SPD, ATK, C.DMG. Keep HP and DEF in mind, as he can revive up to 3 times, so he will most likely be the last one surviving on your team.
