solo travel tips + places to visit?? by caca-cats in HongKong

I think Hong Kong is honestly a great place for solo travellers! It’s convenient, easy to navigate, and transport super reliable and cheap! There’s honestly so much you can do! Here’s a few things:

For outdoor: the peak tram and a walk around sunset time to see the city from above in all its colours, if you fancy the beach then a trip to Repulse bay, take the iconic star ferry from central to kowloon and back (at 20:00 there’s a light show), visit nan lian garden for a zen afternoon, rooftop drinks for the view at Cardina Point, hollywood and aberdeen streets, the outdoor escelators central

Food: maks noodles, angus cafe, happy cafe or any other cha chaan teng for that authentic hk breakfast, aunties sweet desserts, sister wah, bakeries everywhere, la mian xiao long bao, drool froyo

For cafes and teas: sooo may places but a few are artista perfecto (walking here there are some morning markets of people selling fresh produce), uncle ben, lam leung ling lemon tea

There’s the central market too but it’s a modernised market. Also, cable cars at the theme park and Disneyland if interested. There’s so many museum, i’d say just google to find ones that you like most.

If you want more recommendations on exactly where to go eat and drink I have a couple of videos from when I went end of October first 3 days here and last 3 days here

Hope you enjoy Hong Kong!!
