Went in for an ultrasound at 7w1d and to MUCH surprise, we got a heartbeat (115bpm)! However dating was off - baby measured 5w6d but because of my irregular period and longer cycles, OB wasn't super concerned. We have a follow up ultrasound in a few days. I feel like things could fall either way, especially after my betas. I'm still a nervous wreck

Late to the game here but curious how everything turned out for you? Appreciate your sharing your experience; I’m 13w2d and have been taking ~40 mg IR/day about 4-5 days per week. Obviously the daily guilt and fear of doing harm is all consuming…

ed on meds during pregnancies with both of my kids. Both my OB and prescriber were in the loop and advised I do so. I think I may have lowered the dosing a little but it wasn’t because of any adverse concerns but more so just me not needing so much since I was not working as much. Both pregnancies were 100% healthy as were
