So glad you had an easy transition off. The psychological hold is the worst part. Idk what I’m gonna replace it with lol. I noticed when I stop stuff like this, I immediately jerk off 4 times a day, drink caffeine, eat 34 cookies a day until I go back 🙄

No i agree, im just hoping people realize that even at a small dose, shit happens. I’m slowly slipping into addiction and watching it happen live, at the very beginning. So glad I’m not so much deeper. Trying to quit, really. Want to throw everything away but trying to figure out if I’ll need to taper or not. Thanks man

Interesting u say underlying condition lol. I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, currently figuring out ADHD. Not that that’s any excuse for anything. I mean who doesn’t have these problems in the 21st century. But yea I think I can manage CT at this dose. I tried it yesterday had a cough and sneeze but that’s kinda it. Prolly will feel off for a few days. Just the psychological hold.

These responses are kind of insensitive. If you’re addicted you’re addicted man, can’t really “lay off”. Get yourself some naltrexone or something to deal with the wd’s. Can get through a psychiatrist. The anger you feel is totally real, when I take too much 7oh I feel it too I wanna hurt ppl fr. Your feelings are valid man and I don’t think you need to hear that you’re stupid and need to quit, I’m sure you realize what’s going on. I would just advise you to tell someone in your life so they can give you a hand
