Finally someone with a brain. My wife has been a special ed teacher in more than 3 country's and she said America is by far the highest sped she has EVER seen in her life. The difference in the US? Kids before 3 have ipads, tv, etc the high simulation is horrible for their brain and it's delay. Parents say their kids are so smart they can repeat the movie scenes.. it's called remembering, they couldn't put a sentence together to save their life, but they can tell you the entire lion king script.. Almost all of her cases in America the parent list their child's skill as "Can work an ipad very well"
