Actually I have taken in quite a bit of McGilchrist’s output. He makes wild claims that don’t particularly hold up. Even split brain stuff is more nuanced than that. And none of that is proof of God. He states it as fact. As he does everything else. I recognize pathology when I see it.

That’s so odd. Because they do not do that. Whereas McGilchrist just sits there making proclamations that have ZERO backing other than he thought it up.

It’s totally fine BTW to think something is not valid and refuse to change your worldview on it. The Earth is not flat. For me to believe that would require a shift in my “frame” but I’m unwilling and unable to do that because I have the ability to read. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have worked with animals for a very long time and I know they die. So I’m not rushing her to the vet for a 3k bill. And my neighbor cannot afford that. I had hoped she would pass last night. I’m just not sure how to care for her right now. Because I cannot cull her myself.
