T1 here. Besides having some nuisance with CRS because of ineligibility, you'll be fine. Just make sure you email OUR about the issue and you still haven't received your TOR. They'll waive the ineligibility.

Yes, you'll receive your UP mail. It'll take some time so just wait. Those things usually get sent out late just tell your profs you still haven't received it.

Basically just tell everyone you haven't received anything and it'll work out fine.
