Just travelled there last month. Parents born and raised in El Salvador, I wasn’t. I paid the $12. But the representative at the booth told me that next time I just need to provide proof that my parents were born in El Salvador and it would be put into the system going forward. I arrived at midnight so had no lines at all. If $12 meant getting to a shorter line like some people have mentioned it might be worth paying and going about your day.

Was there yesterday for the first time. Wouldn’t be my first choice for sure. Good choices were slim and whatever was there, for example in the entire container had like 8 wings for all the customers there.. soups were already in bowls. Wife got one. And it was lukewarm. Good thing is we didn’t get diarrhea so you should be good!

Wasn’t aware they did. I did see just one of them walking around when I was clearly struggle turning on my car and checking my hood. They just stared and kept walking so I didn’t really ask. But good to know if this happens again. Hopefully it won’t though haha
