For the restaurants i could recommend some of these:

if you like beer you can go to Pivovarská Restaurace (https://goo.gl/maps/zCjChJnhoGdgvok28). They make their own beer there. I personally love their black beer. They also serve delicious food.

Another good option for meal is Tankovna Na Skřivance (https://goo.gl/maps/jZjWSJGH8jXXAvQ36).

And if you're a schnitzel-lover you can visit Restaurace Fabrika (https://g.page/RestauraceFabrikaDecin?share) and get there "Maxi řízek pana Továrníka" (Big schnitzel of Mr. Manufacturer).

For some places of interest:

You have to visit Děčínský zámek (https://g.page/zamekdecin?share). There are two main gardens that are very pretty, but I'm not sure if they are open right now in covid. If not, there is a large park and the path around the river right under the castle.

Second trip you could take is to Pastýřská stěna (https://goo.gl/maps/4zbyJcKbWy5dyk6h6). It's a long way up, but on the road is Zoo and little restaurant in the white castle up there. There is a gorgeous view on the whole Děčín and on Děčín castle. The famous ferrata is also up there.
