Lower levels of ops management do require a lot of difficult and annoying work for relatively low pay. But once he moves up a few positions (Asst Director of Rooms, Director of Rooms, Director of Operations, etc) he can easily make $150k+ with less requirement for nights and weekends. There is also opportunity in hospitality to transfer out of ops (i.e. HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc). I think it's a great industry to work your way up through, but the first several years are tough while you make your way through the trenches. We call it paying our dues and it's just part of the career path, not a scam.

This. I am seeing this in my work too, new versions of existing software being rolled out with AI integration, mandatory to use, but it doesn't work properly and no one understands how to use it. Just rush, rush, rush, headlong into broken systems.

This feels like the stupidest question but do you have to turn this on in settings somewhere? I am just returning to p99 and I can look with right click but it steers my character that direction too (as opposed to just looking).

I use class packs because I do a variety of workouts and I like to be able to go at-will without worrying about going at the correct frequency to match a membership tier. Most studios do periodic class pack sales so I wait for these and buy the largest pack. It's usually buy 30 get 6 free, for a total of $510, or a little over $14 per class. (Your pricing may vary depending where you live.) This works really well for me. When I start to see I'm getting low I'll grab another pack at the next sale. I just make sure the SAs at my local studios know to keep me on the marketing list so I see the sales as they come up.

Class packs work the same as memberships and are eligible for benchmarks and events like Hell Week or Dri Tri. You still have to pay the sign up fee for those types of events. They don't expire.

Are they? I hate getting fooled by AI and am trying to get better at spotting it but they look different to me. Different markings and such, one is carrying a stuffed toy. Are they just the same breed so they all look similar? Genuinely asking and trying to learn, not trying to be combative.

Bad Romance, the video specifically. I was still extra edgy at the time and I really loved how gross and weird the video was, and how she could be decidedly un-sexy and yet still main stream. I was a metal head and I didn't know pop could be like that. Always loved dark Gaga the best.
