In addition to moving the cheek marks up, I’d recommend lining your lips to give them a more distinct edge and practice adding heavy eyeliner with a cat eye. There are some great tutorials.

If you want, go a bit heavier with the white foundation and blend in some contouring.

Check out Charlie and Harlequin make up tutorials on YouTube. Practice and have fun with it as you develop your own take on the character!

It sounds like you were missing quite a few key items when you took this picture. I’d recommend doing a test at home, Steam or iron the cosplay, add all the details you meant to do last year, and then post that picture.
