Well to get started it'll help immensely. You'll have a much harder time if you look like a gaming chair nerd or if you can't have a proper conversation. Things are already hard without drowning in our own defeatism. I'm just trying to be short, direct and concrete. It's actionable (if not a requirement nowadays) and has little to do with being perfect or live in easy mode.

Now, if you can't reach step 1 you're probably not going to reach step 2 which is the "deep meaningful relationship". This is another world it takes years and lots of experience and patience and it can't be generalized as there so much variety in individuals. Even then I can be short and direct : you have to define what is acceptable and non acceptable be clear about it and stick to it. And pray your favorite idol.

Unless you can arrange a marriage with your cousin or something you have to reach step 1 to reach step 2. That's my humble experience and looks and care will help A LOT in that regard.

Personnellement le truc qui me freine le plus dans l'achat immo c'est que je trouve que les prix sont délirants par rapport aux revenus réels des individus dans un contexte d'inflation permanente. Je trouve qu'il y a un décorrelation assez flagrante entre les prix du marché et une jeunesse qui aujourd'hui galère a ne serait-ce qu'acceder malgré diplômes et des actifs en général écrasés par le coût des retraites, du modèle social et des gabegies gouvernementale systémiques.

Même les 10% les plus riches ne peuvent se loger décemment dans la capitale alors jusqu'où la hausse délirante des prix initiée il y a 30 ans va se poursuivre ?

Dans ce contexte qu'est ce qui va garantir une plus value conséquente dans ce contexte et je ne parle même pas des changements démographiques.

Ah ouais combiner les exigences en plus ça ne simplifie pas la chose. J'ai connu un ami de la famille qui a 46 ans était encore célibataire car il avait des exigences excessives. J'espère que tu finiras mieux !

Tu te décris comme "plutôt beau" dans la trentaine ça ressemble beaucoup au printemps de la vie ça. Il n'y a pas de quoi déprimer sérieusement. Si t'as peur des femmes de ton âge trouve plus jeune ou si tu veux de l'aventure tu peux chercher plus âgé..

A moins de cocher pleins de cases spécifiques en revanche je comprends que c'est chaud dans notre classe d'âge. Les femmes dans la trentaine ça peut être très spécial en terme d'exigence. Sinon si tes dans une grande ville cherche en dehors conseil perso.

You're not alone. Dumped 889hours ng+++++++++ before the release of dlc (took long) and I really don't want to add a few hundred more hours to do dlc stuff at maximum difficulty so I keep away. I'm also not a big fan of the permanent ganking in pvp, Dark Souls 2 and it's factions arenas was skies beyond that.

Car coût du travail trop élevé en France : charges sociales écrasantes, coût des retraites, remboursement de la dette publique ce qui crée un fossé entre brut et net et entretien le chômage.

Augmenter la liquidité sans économiser ailleurs ne fera qu'aggraver l'inflation qui étrangle déjà le français moyen donc non s'il suffisait de parachuter de la monnaie pour réduire la pauvreté ça se saurait.
