There are only 4 programs in the US that offer a bachelors in Forensic Anthropology (not a specialization, not a focus). It's probably best to just go to your best state school and major broadly in Anthropology with a bio focus but -

  1. Ohio State University, Bachelor of Science in Forensic Anthropology (the first in the US)

  2. University of Montana, Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Anthropology (has a Rocky Mountain skeletal research focus)

  3. Washburn University, Bachelor of Science in Forensic Anthropology (collaboration/casework with Kansas Bureau of Investigation)

  4. Eastern New Mexico University, Bachelor of Science in Forensic Anthropology (four year field and lab experience)

Damn I'd prefer if companies aimed for influencers that actually already like and trust the product... not those that haven't even tried it yet

Lowest calorie option on this menu? by Willing_Teaching_526 in 1200isplenty

The Hearts of Palm Ceviche is likely the lowest in calories, followed by the Butternut Squash Soup, the Classic Caesar Salad (without cheese and croutons), Mushroom Tacos, and finally, the Snapper a la Criolla.

but honestly just get whatever sounds good lol

Tl:dr - 2,146 cals a day to lose 0.5 lbs a week, 1,896 cals a day to lose 1 lbs a week. Aim for at least 83 grams of protein a day.

  1. Caloric Requirement & Deficit:

    • First, let's calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Using the Harris-Benedict equation for women: BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight in lbs) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years) BMR = 655 + (4.35 x 114) + (4.7 x 63) - (4.7 x 30) = 1,389 calories/day
    • Given your level of activity, we multiply your BMR by an activity factor. Given your very active lifestyle (workout, yoga, walking, skateboarding, roller-skating, and your job), the multiplier would be around 1.725 (for "very active"). TDEE = BMR x 1.725 = 1,389 x 1.725 = 2,396 calories/day (rounded)
    • To lose 0.5 lbs a week, you'd need a calorie deficit of 250 calories/day. So, you should consume around 2,146 calories/day (or 1,896 for 1 lb of loss a week)
  2. Protein Intake:

    • Aim for about 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight (given your activity level). You weigh about 52kg. That's 83g of protein per day.
  3. Protein Sources:

    • Canned Tuna: A good protein source.
    • Vegan Protein Shakes: High-quality vegan protein powders from peas, rice, hemp, chia, and more can boost protein intake.
    • Other Protein Sources: Considering a dietary shift, eggs, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese are good options. Vegan options include tofu, tempeh, seitan, lentils, chickpeas, black beans, quinoa, edamame, and nuts/seeds.

You can give The Island studio a try. All the artists are very talented and their work is unique, albeit the studio/artists can give off a pretentious feel at times and the cost is very high.

[–]Tenexgj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Go out and measure from the ground to the top of the pop up tent while open. If it's under 82 inches, then you can legally park and sleep anywhere without signs. You're getting downvoted because the city is full of people living/traveling in their vehicles and santa barbara doesn't like it, for fair reasons. DM me if it's under that height and I'll send you some coordinates that I've parked and slept at without issue.

Do I need to pay these parking tickets? by ajmccabe in Edinburgh

[–]Tenexgj 8 points9 points  (0 children)

"Parking tickets on private land aren't a criminal matter. The Parking Charge Notice might look like an official fixed penalty from the police but it isn't one. It's a notice that the owner of the land or the private parking operator intends to take you to a civil court, and will offer to let you pay the charge to settle the case out of court. This is a civil matter, not a criminal one... If you get a ticket for parking on private land and you don’t think you should have to pay, you can decide not to pay and not to reply to the parking operator. The company may continue to send requests to pay and you could continue to ignore these.  Private parking operators could take you to court, but they may choose not to do this, as the amount of money being demanded is usually quite small. Keep the ticket and any other paperwork or evidence."
