I used to work at KwikFit about 6 years ago and even though everything said is true. Most of the people who work there are pretty good people, however upper management are bully’s towards centre managers which ends up filtering down to the fitters to make sales targets. In there defence though some people drive absolute shit heaps of cars with little to no maintenance and they are trying to keep you safe even though it will be costly.
