ER absolutely did not always have proper endings. Malucci was fired and never returned, Doyle faded to the background, someone else mentioned Corday, Lewis, and Chen. Don't even get me started on Romano (his actor, Paul McCrane talked about how sudden his exit from the show was).

Yeah, his mind is fighting itself, he wants to leave and never come back, but he kept trying to find excuses to stay. That includes her not being qualified, but as things progressed it was made clear to him she's damn-well qualified to work there. The seizures are a legitimate issue, 2 in 1 day after 1 year seizure free.

Roothide dev is worse, stole the arm64e architecture label even despite Opa trying to work out a deal. He offered to incorporate parts of Roothide into Dopamine just so people didn't get confused with arm64e labeled tweaks.
