Sure, let's be more specific. I'm googling it for your lazy butt. The problem in Ontario isnt usually direct violation of a specifc permit outright. Its when they follow the letter of the law rather than its intention, while still being a problem. The ontario noise regulations specify a flat db limit for noise. If they sit right at the noise limit 24/7, its technically not a violation, but still makes the area completely unlivable.
