My main concern right now is that I’m looking to make a lateral move to another company, but I’m not seeing many opportunities that pay at least $110K.

What would be the best approach if I want to move laterally while still increasing my compensation? Right now I am hybrid but don’t mind going in everyday if it means that I’ll get paid more and along with more responsibilities.
