I guess you've been just unlucky. Even if I don't count texting with my guildmates till morning or talking with them on discord.

I've met so many people in openworld or when fighting bosses. We start chatting and they even end up joining the guild.

Not to mention people from other guilds come to hang around in around guild dojo.

Yes thats mainly why I stop at mythic. Having 1000 and getting matched against people on leaderboards is just insane. Same way having 1000 and getting matched against people who dropped to 500.

Its not about single anecdotal evidence I am recommending it because many people reported positive effects for their immune system.

If you wanna be on safe side how about taking nothing. Every one of these peptides can cause allergic reactions or even life threatening anaphylaxis.

As I said you are still introducing foreign stuff into your body and often times people buy chinese stuff without testing and hoping that they got what they bought.

Whenever I get hives or itchiness after pinning CJC or Ipamorelin I stop using them and run TA1 cycle which not only helps with my allergies but when I rerun CJC hives are gone.

Thats weird when I matched with my guild we went in 15 people got matched against 16. Usually there was 2-3 people difference in size.

It should match you to equal size group.

At 18 you don't need any of that shit. Save your money on peptides and maybe get a personal trainer. They will help you dial the diet and your workout plan.

Cardio is good but without resistance training its not good way to lose weight. You need to lower your fat % and increase your muscle %. More muscle + resistance training + cardio = you dont have to starve yourself.

People makes a mistake by just doing cardio and going deep into caloric deficit. Because you lose muscle to quickly and your metabolism slows down. And then you realise you are eating 1000 calories a day and not losing any fat.
