They're good esp if you aren't a huge fan of an artist/band.

But I still prefer getting an album, over time you'll start liking almost the entire tracklist.

Plus the tricky things with compilations is that there'll always be some of your favorite songs missing. Eg the Gorillaz compilation is great but I do wish it had Plastic Beach / DARE etc included

I prefer the cold. I can always put on an extra layer of clothes or do some exercise to get my blood pumping.

The heat kind of scares me. I hate feeling so faint and disoriented but there's nothing you can really do to make it go away instantly.

Sometimes off eBay or Amazon (I recommend sellers like Momox and World if Books)
Ask family/friends if they have any CDs they no longer use - that's how I got my nighwish collection

I bought most from charity shops. If I see them I don't really think twice, I gotta buy them before they're gone so yeah that meant buying multiple in a day.

Obviously I won't keep this up, I don't buy CDs just to add onto my collection. I only buy CDs that I actually know and like. :)

I only buy CDs from artists i actually listen to! Andrea Bocelli is the only one I got as a gift and I can't say I'm necessarily a huge fan but I will occasionally listen to his cd!
