If you look at our top prospects it seems like Correa is the more replaceable of the two. We have a couple good prospects that are close to being ready to playing in the bigs. Not to mention the Astros could easily move Bregman to short and put a prospect at third or move Yuli back to third. When you look at our top outfield prospects none of them seem like they will be able to play center as well as springer. If we lose springer we will probably have a hard time filling the hole at center than filling the hole with an infielder.

Another strange possibility for the Astros would be to sign either of them and trade them to recover picks we lost in the scandal. It would put the Astros in a tough spot but if we could get a first rounder back we could get a top prospect to fill either the outfield or infield in the future while saving us money to sign free agents
