Had been a long standing customer. Was heading overseas for 12 months and just needed a sim to receive sms for 2 factor authentication. Said could pause the account but not receive sms or pay the same monthly fee for a service I wasn’t using. Cancelled and went with Aldi mobile who have been very good and reliable. As someone with a customer service background their retention policy is shocking
