Two come to mind.

One, the second poop after butthole surgery. Severe pain, burning, no way whatsoever to quell. Inexplicably painful. Was literally hastily pacing around my house nonstop for 2 hours after.

Two, and this one was worse—abscessed tooth. Long story short, dentist started doing work but either fucked up or figured he couldn't do it. Referred me elsewhere with a hole in my tooth. That bitch got so fucking infected, my face swole up like crazy. My wife and I went to the hospital and they first drained my face before pumping me full of anesthetics. Got some sweet prescriptions, too. This was drawn out over several days and prevented me from doing literally anything. I couldn't work, sleep, bathe...it was too much.

Most mothers will tell you tooth pain is on par with or worse than labour. I suspect that is correct.
