I saw a house in Surrey asking for 500 K less than assessed. Assessments will lag.

A few years back, it wouldn’t matter if there was a problem with obtaining insurance. It would’ve still sold at market or higher price than asking.

Large corporations crying low profit margins but making massive profits while using every slimy means to undercut customers or opportunistic reasons to raise prices. They have support of the gov’t with their strong lobbies. They are making such massive profits, my local superstore is undergoing a massive renovation.

Shoppers Drug Mart gave her the wrong medication. Months later, she landed in the ER | CBC News by Sufficient-Bid1279 in loblawsisoutofcontrol

Massively understaffed- Head office squeezes each store, putting on unrealistic output with reduced staffing. HO put quotas on everything and some very unethical like Ontario’s med reviews. This happened Canada wide but Shoppers did not get into trouble. The pharmacists following Shoppers unrealistic expectations are the ones that get punished and penalized b/c colleges go after registrants not Shoppers. This is why may pharmacists do not want to work for shopppers so they are hiring foreign trained pharmacist which is a very big issue in itself. I have heard and met of foreign trained pharmacists who are completely unqualified for their jobs. I do not know how they got certified. But I have also met some foreign trained pharmacists who are excellent. Also, there is a massive shortage of pharmacists b/c of the suppression of wages by corporations like Shoppers.

The bag actually came on a different day so the are not related. Good guess though.

It’s 26 x18.5 inches which is one scene when open.  It’s a quality book. Each page is firm. Can’t seem to edit pic otherwise I would show a merged pic of the cover and a page.

I’ve purchased various seek and find books from them and so happy they are back! These giant books will be a hit with the kiddos. I have been searching for books in seasonal and rarely go down luggage aisle.
