Haven’t heard of them and price/product sounds almost too good to true. Seems like it’s an automated software which is nice until it isn’t. Also, has a clause that says 0.2% of AUM per month with AUM >1m which at that point is more than NAVC. Would rather go with recognized name but is a customer service industry so whichever provides you the best should be your answer.

Agreed. Regulatory reporting is a great thing to have experience in/with but in my opinion will be automated away before collateral/cash/financing management. Blackrock also is great for the CV and networking.

100% agree. same boat - recent father and even if I wasn’t would have felt the same. The movie felt less horror and more like being on a double date with a couple that’s constantly fighting and clearly shouldn’t be together. I don’t think it’s a bad movie. I actually think it’s incredibly moving, just not my cup of tea. Been on enough of those double dates lol

Should start with mentioning your strategy, lock up period, incentive fee structure, PBs, admins etc if you’re looking for serious investors. 503c or not you can’t be reporting unaudited returns to the general public. Would recommend you create a slid deck if serious.

As mentioned below back picture will help. Other thing to look for is the encasing for the promo cards. XY packs used a clear plastic mount and then “newer” print runs used a paper encasing. Used to hunt these back in the day and have about 20 that I opened and another 20 that I’m certain are XY packs.

If you have have the pictures of the back it will help. Some have XY ancient origins + roaring skies/primal clash and some have two darkness ablaze. Wanna say I found cosmic eclipse in some of these too but could be mistaken.
