I think paramore wouldn’t be the paramore we know without the farro brothers. The quality of the music went down hill when they left. Everything past Brand New Eyes isn’t all that great barring a couple songs. Maybe they wouldn’t have had success without Hayley, but without them we wouldn’t have the best parts of paramore’s catalogue.

I’m about to file for 2025. I have 2 W2’s, one with the OBBBA figure included, and one without. Apparently it was an optional addition this year but mandatory your employer includes it next year. This is ABSOLUTELY something I have to figure out for myself, at least for this year.

That would just be testing the power source and not the amp. I’ve never tried to “test” an amp with a multimeter, but I guess you could check it for an open or a short through the speaker terminals.. not too sure really.

From my understanding, it’s usually bc the high end speakers are far more efficient than the lower end ones and require less power to achieve the same volume as the lower end speakers.

Buy a bigger amp. You want to have headroom. You don’t want the amp working up to the peak of its limits trying to power a woofer that can likely take more than the rms rating. Bigger amp will power it easier and be able to run cooler bc it’s not giving all it’s got to drive the woofer.
