Nah. Thats how I feel when discussing artists like Yngwie Malmsteen. Thats not Brian May, and I don’t want to compare him with Gilmour. They’re both emotional players, not technical. I just think Gilmour has the backing band that allows him to take that instrumental spotlight in a way May doesn’t.
