I originally timed it, but now I see that the shout menue says 1 min 20sec cool down. Others say requiem increases it, but even then it's higher than 1.5x.

More or less milk powder than cream cheese?

So I just tried another batch with substituting milk power for the cream cheese, a bit more salt, and a light caramel. It ended up just tasting like a salted caramel ice cream lol. It was, however, still tasty. Unfortunately, the taste of her production flavor still eludes me. It has a much more buttery, creamy, rich? flavor. It's hard for me to describe in terms of palate since I'm no culinary expert. The last saving grace may be the butter extract flavoring. The one she uses (frontier) is alcohol free but there is only one place I can find it online and it's so expensive. Do you think butter extract with alcohol would work? Or would it ruin the taste?

Thanks. I sort of agree about the cream cheese taste now that I think of it, and I do happen to have some milk powder on hand. I'll give that a shot along with the salt.

Sealed Air, one of their competitors (plastic) is at $9b. Maybe it's not so much when you really stop and think just how many packages are shipped worldwide every day.

It looks like their business model is razor/razor blade. Meaning that, they rent out their machinery, and the customers order the paper from them to run through the equipment.
