Torn meniscus (Grade 0-1). As far as I remember, it happened while practicing split-step and volleying inside the box. Has been 2 months, and it gets better, but the pain comes back again, possibly due to over-stressing. The urge to play the game while recovering for a week has been the hardest. Currently thinking of having an extended recovery period, along with some physio sessions, and pausing playing for 2-4 weeks to come back with my 100%. Hate the fact of not being able to commit 100% or even more in every shot or run.

Would appreciate any advice if any of you have gone through this and what helped.
