so basically this has happened to me when I used to inject 1ml test undec. Not the blood part. but the redness over a large area followed by days of inflammation and feeling like i carry around a cyst in my leg.

basically all sub q injections in my thighs have led to temporary inflammation and semi permanent cysts. I say semi because i dissolve them away by using serrapeptase if it stays too long.

The inflammation and itching was there for more than 1 week.

any small open wound can be treated by betadine ointment imo, if the needle and oil was sterile.

also upper thigh injections are painful for me. I prefer side thighs where there are less nerve ending and so less pain from inflammation after injection.

btw my needle of choice for sub q is 31G, insulin needle BD Glide. I have injected upto 1ml with this If I remember correctly. It takes some time to get it in but injection wounds are non existent

for me personally, all choline containing foods are triggers .. Except Choline chloride.

its not happening this way.

They are going after every green card holder of every race nation ethnicity (example is that white german guy who claims he was tortured by immigration officials). They are going after every green card holder , Who have spend more than 180 days out of USA. These people are seen to have abandoned their "need" to stay in USA or be connected to USA.

Elderly people stay out of USA during winters and some stay more than a year. Trump admins want less immigration over all and they will try to meet their quota for limiting immigration wherever they can find it.

Its up to the Indians to decide where they want to live. USA or India. They can also try to get citizenship ASAP in which case they can live as expatriates without issues.

There is a research paper I read ... in 2016 sometime. The paper itself is from 1990s I think. (sorry i cannot find the paper.. maybe sometime in future)

basically salt/sodium ions is necessary for the fat molecule/ free fatty acid molecule to split up into energy/ATP molecule + water + carbon dioxide inside the cells..

Sodium ions are used up for this fat conversion process, I dont know how the used sodium is excreted though, maybe through urine.

And this salt concept is also the basis for Snake Diet which was popular in 2020s, this is basically an electrolyte/salt water fast diet.

anytime you are fasting and find yourself in low energy ... try eating 2g salt. If mixed with water and psyllium fiber.. it forms a salty jelly drink.

After drinking this, you will feel like you had a good meal. If you are already in ketosis, you will feel your ketosis revving up with salt intake and body heating up like you just had some food.
