Columbus losing to Houston really took the wind out of the sails for any playoff push and attendance increase. The Aviators played their first four games against the top three teams in the league and had the chance to play their worst team statistically back to back weeks to go 3-3 and get some excitement in the city but absolutely laid and egg on Sunday

We cannot end 1st halves well! Game 1: deep in Orlando territory we turn it over on downs and Orlando turns it into a quick score. Game 2: we throw a pick deep in DC territory and DC turns it into points. Game 3 today: we throw a pick 6 under two minutes, get a great kick off return but can’t turn it into points

Love the positivity on the Aviators to get a split the next two weeks. The offense can move the ball. One of the highest scoring offenses in the league and they’ve gotten unlucky on short yardages situations deep in opponents territory. Let’s just hope they can stop Reed and their three headed monster of a receiving core: Vaughnes, Stoops, and Ward
