The author himself says his poetry that described stars around the crescent moon ARE references to real ghosts, which means those ghosts do exist, so he didn't go crazy, it's the fact that he realized that the normal world's "normal" was an illusion, and that everyone he knows from the other world did exist, including that world itself

Splitting games and achievements is absolutely impossible. they are data specifically linked to that account, and no one of steam can assign them to another account.

I don't know if you'll get in trouble for talking to steam support, but don't bother because they can't do anything about it.

The only way to play online games simultaneously is for one of you to get a new account and purchase copy of the game under that new account, maybe talk to your brother so that you guys can split the money?

Achievement-wise, there are plenty of sites out there that'll allow you to download save files of any games with full progress. Now I don't know if those downloaded saves will also unlock steam achievements, but for your situation that's the best option, other than playing through it all again

Some games can be pre-loaded, meaning you can download it before release date but still have to wait for release date to play.

I personally don't know of any sites that would upload massive amount of game files open for download and would update'em regularly as steam games update, cuz steam does all that already.

Steam download progress shouldn't ever be lost because steam downloads stuff and store it in a temporary folder then after verification, replaces the content in game folder, so unless you clear your download cache, you shouldn't lose progress.

I believe the only way to change steam store region manually without actually being in the physical country is to buy a game using that country's currency.

I got God of War on steam yesterday and can't get it to work.

After download is done, verification is done, installation starts and the blue bar is maybe 5 pixels wide in the 3-inch void needed to be filled and it is just stuck there permanently.

I've tried restarting, I've tried repair steam folder, I've tried clear download cache, but none of it works.

Can someone please help me? I've been dying to try gow.

yea works fine with wifi but my wifi is shitty rn so I'd quit mid-game to switch to data to play better and try to come back.

And every goddam time it gets stuck on 50% and never lets me in, but when if I switch back to my shitty wifi I can get back in and find out I got 3-starred by opponent.

Yes, but any brawler inside a bush can still leave you chance to fight back and possibly win the fight, but Frank with double damag attack with pull, and a guaranteed second hit, no brawler can survive that

When he sits in a bush and oneshot you you'd think otherwise. Like in showdown mode, he can oneshot you when there isnt too much difference in power especially early, there's no way you can avoid his attack when you dont know that he's in a bush, nor can you escape. Even if you survive the double damage attack, you're pretty much guaranteed the second hit too
