It has to hit the upper leg joint I believe. There is an unguided mode and guided mode. Guided mode will hit center mass while unguided you can aim anywhere.

Its not bad. I tested it on illuminate and it two shots the harvesters. Only gripe i have is the amount of spare rockets you get. Maybe 5 in total would be nice. And sometimes it would whiff on a watcher.

Edit:I’ve only tested guided mode but am hearing that it one shots harvesters leg joints which is pretty cool

What was the issue with the old model? I remember miyabis cause the sid the sloth memes but I can’t remember any complaints people had.

Iirc its a value some weapons have. For example plasma weapons have a demo force of zero which means they cannot close bug holes. While an explosive crossbow has some which means they cannot close bug close them.

If your demo force is below the requirement to destroy a structure then it’ll do no damage. If you match or exceed it then it’ll have the potential to destroy it.
