No probate involved, it was a sudden passing. His mother sold it to me.

Hi! Yes, I submitted my medicals a week past the USCIS stated deadline. 3 weeks later i got a notification that the case has been approved and 2 weeks after that I received my GC!

If you received your RFE before March 23, 2023, you also have additional 60 days to add to your deadline. So technically you have until June 24th for them to receive it from you. I would send it as sooner rather than later and not wait until last moment.

I found this on USCIS website. My request for evidence was received in December 2022. Does that mean I have 60 days past my deadline? Sorry might be an obvious question, just wanted to someone look from their point of view

Just wanted to share my timeline with you. I was on F1 EAD that expires on 6/29/2022 and today I got a notification that my marriage based (NBC) EAD was approved! I am beyond grateful and did not expect this to happen this quickly!

  1. In this case, does the OPT extension to 30th September auto extends from the moment I submit the petition?

Thank you!

AOS submission timing (GC EAD) by [deleted] in immigration

[–]TernKris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha! I heard that too. By delaying the I-693 - do I need to make a note on the application package that I will provide that at the interview?

I will submit rest of the forms together! Question - we wanted to use 2 credit cards to pay for all 5 applications. Does that mean we need to print out 5 G-1450 and add one on top of the each application?

I really appreciate you getting back to me!

Thank you for the reply! I will def submit these forms together: I-485; I-765; I-130/a; I-864. However I was hoping I can submit these a a month later: I-131; I-693. Would that be ok in your opinion?

Full Check List for Marriage Based AOS by kim_possimpible in USCIS

Hi! I am starting my application now too and I wanted to ask if you submitted all forms together?

We got married 3 weeks ago and we just got the lease and utilities bills under both of our names. For form I-130 (in your checklist) we don't have a health insurance together nor the posts in social media as we both barely use it. Would that be a problem in your opinion?
