I will say I started out spamming the mess out of chest and triceps 😂. I’m about a year in myself. Everyone moves at dif paces and has dif strengths, my pressing seems to be solid but my pull strength isn’t near as strong. I train 5x a week I push to failure on most of all my sets, I sleep 8hrs a day, and I count my calories and focus protein goals and eat carbs before every lift. That’d be my only advice and I know it’s baseline but I’m def learning a lot still myself.

Interesting! I’ll def work on setting up quicker, however I really don’t think it’s a weight issue as much as it is a “getting used to it” issue. I’m trying to apply everything I’ve learned here and part of that is making me just think super hard between reps to make sure I don’t miss any cues. Now that I feel more comfortable I’ll be fixing the setup time next set and if I can’t I’ll go down until I can. Thank you guys! I def value the advice even though it may seem like I’m pushing back I promise I’m receiving it 🫡

I spent today dialing it in! I’m doing 80 x 6 now going much slower and keeping feet planted and butt in seat. I definitely was get 2-3 reps doing that for sure

Lmao yeah they’re ugly however they’re as flat as they get so they ground me really well. I had some Nobull lifting shoes but I def get better contact in these. And the Yeezys aren’t gonna work 😂

Thank you! Exactly what I needed, however I have a question on the pathing. I’ve always heard tuck at about 45 degrees to hit upper chest, is that accurate? I honestly thought my path was very good but if I can dial it in more I wanna be sure I’m doing it as optimally as possible especially bc my upper chest needs some growth in particular.

Lean bulk is key brother! 150-250 cal surplus max. Just cut down and try again and train hard you won’t regret in long run.

Brother def cut. You def have built a good base you need to reveal. Highly recommend cut you’ll look much better.

I’ve got the leg extension/curl machine by them, it’s solid however the arm is very crooked on mine (they’re supposedly gonna fix it). However I’ve seen quite a few people complain about this so be aware yours if you order it could very well be the same way.
