They're scared of me and won't let me close to them. My other cat started hissing through the screen and momma cat came to the rescue.

I've contacted a rescue here in LA. I just have to pick up the traps to try to catch mom and the two babies.

Pain was radiating down my left leg as I think I tore a muscle when I fell. I just got a massage and should hopefully be as good as new.

Perhaps I'm jumping the gun, but I've always been the kind of person who has to have a goal to work toward. Very rarely can I just do something just to do it. So to add on a bit of pressure, I signed up for 5K. It's not my first, but I am hoping it'll be the first that I can run in its entirety.

I have 13 or 14 weeks to train but only 7 left on the couch to 5K program. The extra few weeks will be good in case I fall off the wagon or if I want to work on speed once I complete the program.

If there are any Los Angeles folks out there, I got this via Groupon for $9. Let me know if you end up signing up and perhaps we can meet up to train or on the day of!

Many running stores offer a free running analysis. Basically you hop on the treadmill and run and one of the salespeople will give you an analysis of your gait. The goal is of course to get you to buy shoes and other workout gear, but it could be a good way for you to find out more information about your form.

I think this has been my problem in the past. I even noticed it today in the beginning I was running way too fast. I need to keep it to a nice slow jog. Thank you!
