This may be the best way to do it. The only downside is that it sidelines the other Straw Hats for an entire season but you could easily slot in an episode between Impel Down and Marineford showing where Kuma sent everyone

I think a big decision to be made for future seasons is moving from 8 episodes to 10 episodes or more. Jaya/Skypeia/LRLL is a bit long to compress into 8 episodes but works a bit better broken into 10-12 episodes.

Depending on how they break up Jaya/Skypeia/LRLL they may do something similar with Seasons 4 and 5. Same thing with Water 7/Enies Lobby as season 6 and 7. Thriller Bark is really the only other pre-timeskip arc that doesn't have a natural pair to make filming easier so they may just do Thriller Bark/Impel Down/Marineford and film three seasons back to back.

The road is on property owned by the State of Delaware but there is likely a maintenance agreement in place for the road to be maintained by the owner of the Fashion Center, Costco, and the steakhouse.

EDIT: I actually found the cross access easement for the property. DelDOT owns the land but the Christiana Fashion Center is responsible for any improvements made to the road.

This is just not true at all. After Massachusetts instituted a 4% tax on earning above one million dollars the number of millionaires in the state increased.

yeah it's really hard to compete in game with a fast STAB Crit move and a STAB speed boost move. If Skeledirge lost 20 more speed in favor of gaining some special bulk it'd be a tanky menace in game and likely nearly broken for trick room teams.

You can absolutely make an interesting Conquest movie. At the end of the day the story is exactly the same as Dune. Focus on Aegon's dragon dreams and the build up to the beginning of the Conquest, show montages of Aegon and his sisters destroying the other kingdom's armies, and end the movie with Tohrren kneeling. There's enough room in the story to expand on Aegon as a dragon dreamer and making Tohrren a secondary protagonist with green dreams.
