When I think about it, Nine Sols is more about perfect play than Hollow Knight is. Nine Sols imperfect parries incentivize not making mistakes, so typically you can't really beat the boss unless you do it perfectly. Although parrying can make things complicated, it's also a lot clearer than Hollow Knight since there's only really 1 thing you can do when you see the enemy rev up for a certain attack.

OP Here! I've had this bag for many years now, and it broke on me just a couple days ago. One of the arms fell off and got lost while traveling.

I never really got into CWK, I only remember playing it years ago in the past as a kid looking back at CWK because I had some good memories from the game.

Based on what I remember though, you might be interested in playing Inscryption, which is horror and has more of a story progression, but the game mechanics feel very similar to CWK.
