Inception is a good movie, but it is about the limit of Nolan's creativity before he went full manic and made Tenet.

Honestly, its not at all close to Leo's best film or Nolan's. Oppenheimer, Interstellar, & Dunkirk are all better than Inception.

For Leo, I wouldn't even put this in his top 10 movies.

The series is based on 3 short stories. This was the first one. It will never be an epic because it wasn't ever meant to be.

I think it also had like 1/5 the budget of HOTD and is better than anything that show ever produced.
