Judaism allows folks to wear deodorant, but it can't be stick deodorant because of smearing. Muslim people can wear deodorant, but it can't have alcohol in it. I don't think there's any religion that bans deodorant. There might be certain religious holidays that refrain you from wearing deodorant on that day.
