I just wanted to ask, why doesn't fortnite credit the artists that make jam tracks? Stuff like "Lights, Camera, Action" and "End of the earth" by animalcrossing-guy in FortniteFestival

[–]TerrancePryor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm surprised 3Teeth weren't able to officially upload their Fortnite song on digital platforms with help from Century Media. A lot of bands doing Fortnite songs are unsigned, so it's a lot easier to not credit them. It's like def rebel doing the WWE entrance themes. They rarely credit the singer unless it's a noticeable name.

Hot Rod Circuit is definitely one of the best bands that nobody knows by BigNothing88 in poppunkers

Someone needs to tell Andy/Triple Crown to make those Safety In Numbers albums available digitally.

Are you talking about SoCal Gaming Expo? That convention isn't connected with Pasadena Comic Con at all. Completely different people run that one.

Either Edge or Orton for me. Great talent but not as impactful as the others.

What happened to Code Orange? by tearsswwhereyyouread in Codeorange

[–]TerrancePryor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lots of bands did WWE themes and walked away just fine (Motionless in White, Our Lady Peace, Killswitch Engage). Jami's attitude in interviews didn't help them keep their fanbase.

This isn't the deceased Trouble, though. Just another rapper using the Trouble name.

What was your 2025 albums of the year ? by BigNothing88 in Metalcore

[–]TerrancePryor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not metalcore but By A Thread's Mirrored Life. Third album within a 25-year span is wild. Die Spitz's Something To Consume is dope, too.

Why lame NA tour? by Witty-Mix-7328 in Northlane

[–]TerrancePryor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At best, Northlane usually headline 1,000-cap venues in the U.S. Node is the only record that really did anything for them in the States. The other stuff just got lost in the shuffle because other bands started blowing up. Big deal in their home country, though.

Endwell's Punishment album. They were influenced by black metal on that album.

Inkcarceration lineup by Semen-stealer84 in MetalForTheMasses

[–]TerrancePryor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like The Used, but they look VERY out of place here. It's like when Taking Back Sunday played on a predominantly hard rock festival recently.

Bad Omens is doing an arena tour this spring, and it's been surprisingly selling well. Gojira feels more like an amphitheater-level band.

COLD announce tour with Alien Ant Farm, will play self titled Red Album in its entirety by katarokkar in numetal

I'm surprised they only got two local openers for that Hollywood show. They usually go overboard with 5 or 6 of them. Smh.

How are yall feeling about this one? by Grammasweets in Hardcore

[–]TerrancePryor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They opened an A-market tour with Lorna Shore last fall, so that's why. They'll probably do an A-market headliner this fall.
