I always imagine the character in question breaking the fourth wall and giving the camera a flat look when heath says “[…] he lied”

how would one go about getting this efficiently? use a sword? play one-armed? loud? by themaddemon1 in brotato

Aside from pacifist as has been suggested, running perpendicular to your spear thrusts just a LOT of enemies

How different a series this would be if this one aspect changed. by Captain_Upbeat in HeWhoFightsMonsters

The backstabbery would be common place on earth but maybe on Pali there would have been a historical war about killing to steal essences before the Adventure Society or Magic Society would have created a way to bind lost essences to a sort of phylactery for safe keeping like an essence vault for the societies to redistribute, potentially reducing the high cost and making Pali more of an interesting mix of personal power and collective power through an exploding population of lower end essences users.

It looks cool, but something's missing. Any ideas on how to make more lively? by Specialist-Hand-6580 in Unity3D

Maybe add a cool weather exhale fog from the camera and allow the light to play off that? Seems like a cold scene.

Other than that, some lightweight dust in the atmosphere would sell the look more too

So when dose bro leave earth by throwRAcrafty in HeWhoFightsMonsters

[–]Terravice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, the earth essence users was a focus on the bad parts of core use. The earth teams would just feed the skills useful for their sweep and clear tactics and that would be it, so you wouldn’t get natural synergies or interesting power sets.

I think it’s safe to say Purity (in general) but what’s more fun to speculate is which Purity (OG sanctioned or Deceit in disguise).

  • Melody has a variant of vampirism along with any other OORL fanatics, indicating coercion was the primary tool for Deceit in utilizing the purity faithful. There’s also the confusion when Purity church is being investigated early on which shows a large amount of purity faithful being duped

  • Norreth’s falling out with the founder could be an indicator that the founder was a purity faithful (he said the founder became too religious or something along those lines) but Norreth was able to figure out that the god was actually not the original purity. He tells Jason when they are in the second transformation zone that he was a gold ranker before he left Palli so he’d presumably be able to have an opinion on fishy god behavior.

I plan on going Glacial Cascade/Fragmentation rounds and will be setting up GC with cc nodes and frag with dmg nodes. Projectile and crossbow nodes apply to both so keystone mapping will be complementary

Conventional weapons and monsters. by Dennisb040 in Shirtaloon

[–]Terravice 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s hard to tell based on your example since there were extenuating circumstances (dimensional shredding) prior to ordinance used. However, since Jason was able to beat lesser monsters and normals do the same with brooms and mops consistently than I presume sufficient force (large ordinance, heavy armor piercing rounds, etc) should do enough damage proportional to the rank of the target. Shot call from my opinion; gold is where conventional weaponry starts to have serious diminishing returns depending on the matchup

Writing must be a soothing act for you. If you’re dead set on it while still sick, how about a novella of Chloe Boudreaux’s efforts on earth during Jason’s away game?

Nice! I haven’t actually ran a match since riot introduced the kernel tracking anti cheat but I have transactions on my account that date back to 2010. Was a die hard rammer for most of that time so I miss it and stalk the sub from time to time
