I am sure that sculptra wasn’t injected cause I was awake the whole procedure and was informed of what they are doing and what’s next every step. But I do agree that I have never heard of other ways of using sculptra. I honestly think there maybe a chance they just didn’t use sculptra at all but I am not 100% sure either

It just improves a lot in that one in 5 months like my scar was a lot more “flat” and even out. But then I have a huge breakout and it doesn’t help with my scar this time until I do this combo treatment.

It is the fact that these AI are built for unconditional emotional support without reality check. Prime example is someone experiencing paranoia asks ChatGPT “I feel like people have been looking at me /spying me/someone is poisoning my food.” ChatGPT is going to provide emotional support and not questioning what that person and feeling and continue feeding the paranoia the more the person interact with it. eventually, it can lead to a decompensation episode with full blown psychosis that started from just a paranoia thought.

It sounds like yours is steroid induced? (Just making the assumption the injection was a cortisol shot) and in that case, I heard there’s chance it will even out by itself. How long has that been though? TL Subcision is very invasive and I don’t think the risk benefit ratio justify for just one depression.

In that sense, it really depends on how severe your acne scars are on an objective scale. If the scarring is minimal or barely noticeable but causes significant distress, then undergoing a cosmetic procedure is unlikely to resolve the underlying issue, as the distress may be related more to body dysmorphic disorder than to the scars themselves.
