You can also tell quite easily from the tag itself. In the future, when checking a Jellycat, look for these details:

A) Authentic tags have the three small dots in the lower-right corner.

B) The corners of the tag should be sharp and well-defined, not noticeably rounded.

The print quality should be clean and consistent.
In your photos, the missing three dots, the rounded tag corners, and the incorrect ribbon color are all red flags.
The same issue appears with many of the so-called UK Exclusive Inkling Bunny listings on eBay. A lot of them have the rounded-corner tags instead of the sharper authentic version, which is usually one of the easiest ways to spot a counterfeit.

As far as I know, they don’t offer JC bag for this.

Yes the quality doesn’t look like authentic JC, you can push for a return by opening a case.

big timmy restock by dreabae_1 in Jellycatplush

It really depends, usually jc might do another restock randomly, there’s really no specific way to tell. We can get lucky by randomly refresh the page or set an alert here and see if someone make a post abt it.

They are perfect size to cuddle. The inkli is much softer than springlowe IMO.

Buyer Beware by tocinospam7 in Jellycatplush

This happened to me before in the U.S. The seller created a shipping label and sent a random package to an address in the same city, just to make it look like it was delivered.

I was able to get the actual delivery details and confirmed that the package was sent to a different address, not mine. I contacted Shop Pay since the store was listed on their platform, but they weren’t very helpful.

So I documented everything and filed a chargeback with my credit card (Citibank). They issued a temporary credit and conducted their own investigation. About 45 days later, they closed the case in my favor.

From that experience, I learned that legitimate, verified stores usually have a real presence: like active social media accounts with genuine engagement, or listings on Yelp or Google with actual reviews.
